United Fire & Water sent a technician out to take moisture readings of cabinetry, drywall, and sill plate in the exterior wall as well as reading from hardy board. They set equipment to dry materials and set up containment on the exterior to prevent rain entry. Set 1 Velo air scrubber, 1 Phoenix dry max dehumidifier, and 1 Xpower Axial air mover were placed to reduce moisture levels and dry the remaining structures. Additionally, 6 sqft of drywall, as well as 6 sqft of insulation were removed. A HEPA vacuum of the area was performed and an anti-microbial spray was applied as an extra precaution.

we have started drying 3 fans 1 DH, and 1 neg Air. We had to demo some drywall, some base, and a cabinet. put in 1 DH, 1 neg air, and 3 fans we pulled out the vanity and a free-standing cabinet, 12lf. Friday and 5lf. Of base and countertop, and removed the toilet. Check the drying, everything is drying well, but the cabinet still has a little high reading. everything is dry.

Leaking jacuzzi jets in master bathroom tub saturated the surrounding baseboards and drywall. Water traveled along exterior wall into master bedroom, affecting the engineered wood flooring, baseboards and drywall. Needs removal: Jacuzzi tub and surrounding baseboards/drywall; [Potentially] the shower; Bedroom flooring and baseboards adjacent to bathroom. Started and completed demo in master bedroom and bathroom. -Removed jacuzzi tub and all affected materials (drywall & baseboards) from master bathroom. -Removed affected sections of wood flooring and drywall from master bedroom. Remaining flooring will need to be removed during repair phase. -Treated all exposed studs and surfaces wi the antimicrobial -Setup drying equipment and set screws in sill plates. Monitored drying equipment and moisture levels -Cleaned and treated all exposed studs with antimicrobial -Cleaned walls and floors -Changed both HEPA stage-1 filters on air scrubbers.

Set up 18 fans, 2 air scrubbers, and 2 DH, pulled off some base, this was a 3 to 4-day dry job. carpet is dry and no damage to drywall.

Upon arrival I inspected these areas and found that the base of cabinet (toe kick), was saturated at 100% MC. The carpet in the living room is also reading close to 100% MC. set up 5 dehumidifiers, 3 air movers and 3 air scrubbers. Mitigation to remove all lower cabinets, carpet, and pad in effected area. This will include the hallway joining the living room. The tile directly under the leaking pipe is cracked and appears to be a result of the loss.
