the damage and the affected area includes the master closet, master bath, and master bedroom hallway to master bath. The carpet in the master bath hallway was wet and the carpet in the master closet. The master closet baseboards were wet swollen. This lead me to believe that the baseboards are MFD. The one vanity in the Master Bath was reading 100% but appeared to be solid wood. floated the carpet in the master bed hall and the master bath closet. The pad will still need pulled but the carpet will be saved but needed cleaned. I set 3 airmovers in master bedroom. I set 2 air movers and 1 dehu in the master bath. Arrived on site got moisture readings everything is dry I began pulling equipment.
