Initial steps included contacting IEH for professional soot testing and protocol development, scheduled for early May. Our contents team began the pack-out process, preparing salvageable items such as clothing, window treatments, and artwork for ozone treatment, dry cleaning, and off-site restoration. Specialized ozone equipment will be used to neutralize odors embedded in fabrics and household items. Artwork will be carefully cleaned and preserved by trained technicians. Structural demo and deep cleaning are scheduled to begin once contents are removed.

The home’s HVAC system will be fully replaced, as soot contamination compromised air quality and circulation. The garage, also impacted by smoke and soot, will be cleaned during the pack-out phase.
