United Fire and Water assisted us when we had water damage from a broken water tank inside our house. They were quick to respond, had very professional representatives and an impressive array of equipment to remediate our water damage. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing remediation of any water damage.

United Fire and Water was a life saver when our AC coil froze and leaked. They performed mold remediation, rebuilt a closet for rhe replacement AC duct work and hot water heater, and replaced damaged sheet rock. Everyone (painter, remediation specialists, project supervisors, administrators) who touched our project was always on time and professional. The sheetrock repair looks outstanding. You can’t tell where the old sheet rock starts and the new begins. This company was also a huge support during the stress of getting the water damage cleaned up. I highly recommend United Fire and Water.

Highly recommend United Fire and Water! We had a plumbing leak and water damage in two bedrooms and closets. They came immediately and started the drying process! We are so thankful for all they’ve done and we’re doing to use them for the remodel too!

We had two houses flooded on May 17th, 2021. Tom and his crew did a great cleanup job. Tom always quickly responded to our calls and texts. Most important of all is DKI company went through details about damage and restoration with our insurance company professionally and that saved us lots of hassle. We are happy with the outcome and referred DKI to our neighbor across the street.

We used another well-known remediation "pro" after recent flooding in Baton Rouge. They gave us poor advice on what required demo and assured us that all of our rooms were dry before removing their drying equipment. After discussing our situation with United Fire & Water, they came to our home and showed us where multiple rooms were still damp. They took the time to explain standard demo and drying procedures, where we had been given little or poor advice from the other company. After their visit, we pressed the other company to come back (since we had paid them in full already). They sent a new technician who reluctantly took additional moisture readings and admitted that our home was not dry. To this day they haven't come back or contacted us to ensure that our home was dry. We sincerely appreciate the United Fire and Water team coming out and alerting us to the fact that there were issues. They were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Should we or anyone we know ever be in need of a remediation contractor again, then they will have our business or recommendation.

Tom came out and thoroughly assessed the water damage situation. Gave me the good news that we didn’t have significant damage. It’s not everyday a business tells you that you don’t need them!
