My hot water heater in my attic failed, and it caused significant water damage to my home. I filed a claim, and the insurance company said they were sending out a crew to handle it. When I got the name of the company they were sending I did some research and looked at their reviews, and I declined service from them. I looked a bit further and I found the guys at United Fire & Water. I called them and they were on site within an hour, and they did a fantastic job for me!!!From extracting all of the water, to placing all of the drying equipment, and sending technician each day to check the progress, they did a great job! And they handled all of the repair items too, which was great. I didn't have to find another company to handle this... I dealt with Lee and Jade, and they made sure every detail was addressed. My house is better today than when the water damage happened!! Thanks United Fire & Water!!!

I participated in a Water Damage 101 class that they offered for commercial property management. They know their stuff and were able to demonstrate their work by flooding a mock unit! Not only was it fun and informative, but it showed exactly what they do to remedy a situation. It gave me complete confidence to use them on our next water damage incident. What they taught was helpful for commercial or residential spaces and they taught us how to save materials that otherwise might be torn out- saving money!

Outstanding in every way. You never want to be in a situation where you need someone like United Fire and water, but when it happens, there is no one better to call. This is our second time, and we were once again, not disappointed. Prompt service. Quick and complete repairs. Wet materials demoed and hauled away and the drying out starts all the first day. Restoration work is top quality, professionally done, and looks new when finished. And, the house is clean before they leave. A five star organization. Always in touch so you know what is going on. Deals with the insurance company so all the coverage and documents are filed promptly. Just first class all the way. And, the prices are fair and reasonable, too

I took their free CE class, and I have to say that it was probably the most interesting and informative class I've ever taken! I have been an insurance professional since 2007. They are very knowledgeable and experts in the field of restoration, and not only would I use them for myself should the need arise, but I will also recommend them to my clients! Awesome company to have local who also packs up and is ready to serve any other state in need. Great job guys!!
