July 15, 2025 | Kenner, LA

Upon inspection, our technicians identified elevated moisture levels in the flooring and surrounding structures. To address the issue, we deployed an Injectidry system—specifically designed for drying out hard flooring materials without requiring full demolition. In addition, multiple air movers and fans were strategically placed throughout the living room, hallway, and playroom to promote consistent airflow and expedite the drying process.

To further stabilize the indoor environment, a commercial-grade dehumidifier was set up in the hallway near the closet and the source bathroom to remove excess humidity from the air. This multi-layered drying strategy ensured the moisture was thoroughly eliminated, reducing the risk of mold growth and secondary damage. United Fire & Water’s expert response in Kenner, LA highlights our commitment to protecting homes through effective and efficient water damage restoration.

This setup allowed us to quickly circulate air and target moisture trapped in structural materials.
