We had a bathroom pipe damaged during a construction project and we called on United Fire &Water Damage because we had used them before.
They came over very promptly and put things in
Motion to correct the issue. They were professional
, knowledgeable, courteous and put our mind at ease. I give them 5 star and I would recommend them without hesitation to my extended family and friends.

In short, United Fire and Water provides an excellent and valuable service… would highly recommend. In more detail, we experienced a major loss in our home, which required over three months of work. While this was a stressful time, Kevin and the UFW staff were available to us the whole way to navigate through every step. They made sure we understood what was expected of us from all parties involved (from insurance, from mortgage company, from laborers, from them as the contractor, etc.) and they also explained some of the more complicated topics, like recoverable depreciation. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation of needing their services, rest assured that UFW will be there for you and make sure you are made whole in the end.

Kevin and team are always expanding their knowledge, training, and ensuring those in disaster have what they need to get the job done.

I can't say enough good things about United Fire & Water. Lee and his team were friendly and professional. They finished my job on time and under budget. The crew did terrific work and they were perfectionists. They revisited one small issue a number of times until they got it just right. Good clean up on the site, too. To group with United Fire & Water went above and beyond to fix and finish everything we wanted. First of all they were the last company I contacted but the first company to come. While I had 2 scheduled meetings for quotes be rescheduled by 2 other companies, I got in touch with Sean and Rolf the Friday morning before Hurricane Barry hit and they were at my house 1 hour later. As the work proceeded, we continued to want to add more and more into the project. Whether it was roofing, support beams, painting, electrical, new construction, and touching up, etc they were fully capable of performing the job. A great soup to nuts company. I would thoroughly recommend them for a big project.

I called United Fire and Water in a panic after a plumbing issue flooded my house. Mr. Lee was very helpful and sent out Mr. Lionel right away. Mr. Lionel was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I highly recommend United Fire and Water to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

I experienced a water leak at my home in May 2018. This company was extremely efficient and very helpful. They addressed all my questions and returned my calls immediately. I highly recommend them.
