My husband and I were very pleased with the support and work provided by United Fire & Water (DKI Company). April and Beau were wonderful. They completed and submitted the paperwork to our insurance company. April and Beau followed up regularly with the insurance company to ensure the claim was processed timely. Once the claim was approved, Beau began the repair process. His crew's work was very professional. I would recommend others to United Fire & Water.

Provided excellent service. Beau and April were very helpful with my claim. Whenever there were changes in the project were required, they were very forthcoming about it and found ways to resolve it. We had an unexpected experience with damage to our home. United Fire and Water assisted in the insurance inquiries, detecting the issues causing problems, determining the resulting damage, and all of the remediation work. We were very blessed. Insurance covered the work. All of their subcontractors did a wonderful job. They made sure all of floors were replaced to match. The painting was done beautifully. They walked us through all of the process and used the movers we requested. I would definitely use them again. Beau does a wonderful job coordinating all of the work.

My experience with United Fire & Water was awesome. I had water leak damage in master bathroom due to busted pipe in the shower. It left damage to wall and carpet flooring in the master closet. Mr Louis arrived promptly and got the ball rolling by taking pictures and getting an estimate done (thank you Mr Louis). The entire staff and crew was amazing. April Stafford made sure my insurance company had all documentation needed to process my claim (thank you April, excellent job). Beau Shamburger and Kyle Guilbault stayed in contact we me throughout the entire process to make sure everything went well, and it did (thank you Beau and Kyle). I highly recommend this company. They will be the first company I call if needed in the future.

Excellant service from the beginning to end of the project.
Prompt service from the time I called about the water leak. Louis was very professional and setting up the containment and mitigation. Installing the protection for demolition of the bathroom slab to repair the leaking sewer line. Beau did all of the restoration. Repaired damaged sheetrock, painting and replaced built in vanity. Communiation with the office manager was prompt and professional. A good experience with all of the workers that was involved with the restoration.

April and Kyle were very helpful in getting the work completed and keeping the estimate and ultimately payments straight with my insurance.

I had a pipe burst in my slab that affected five areas of my house. At that point I had not heard of United Fire and Water, and I started out with a different company for the drying out process. I knew things weren’t being addressed correctly and my plumber (Thank you Seth S!) suggested I call United Fire and Water and I am so thankful that I did. Oh the difference was stark! The entire crew is awesome! From Kevin who arrived first to assess the situation (so knowledgeable, professional and friendly) to April in the office (also super friendly and always timely with documents, etc and so helpful in answering questions) to Beau Shamburger who guided me through the rebuild process with so much grace, knowledge and patience. He always explained to me exactly what was going on and kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the progress. His communication skills are excellent and he directed and executed this entire production so well. He went above and beyond in his efforts with my insurance company too which is such an important part of this process. My rebuild is done now and looks fantastic! United Fire and Water will always have my business.

After a phone call Kevin Givens arrived with two others and removed all the standing water in my home. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the process that would need to be done. Fans and heaters were brought in the next day. I also was contacted by Beau/April the project manager. He reassured me that they can cover anything I needed to restore my home. Later I was introduced to Leroy who would handle paint, trim work and flooring. Under the guidance of these people listed along with Kyle, a manager, my home is in better condition than ever. I appreciate each and everyone that had a part in taking over the burden of finding experienced people that are skilled in their work. Thank you

This review is in regards solely to the water damage mitigation work at my home completed by United Fire & Water. Project managers Louis Bergeron and Ben Romig came to my home within a half hour of being contacted after my second floor tub leaked water down onto the first floor. I was pretty stressed out and anxious about the situation, but I felt immediately comforted in their confidence and knowledge of the situation. They were both also incredibly polite, compassionate, and sincere. They spent a lot of time looking at everything that day, and I was never charged for any of it. Unfortunately, our homeowners insurance denied the claim. Over the next several weeks, Louis completed the mitigation work and he did an absolutely outstanding job. His customer service is stellar. He is extremely knowlegeable and was very dedicated to the project, showing high attention to detail and making sure everything was taken care of appropriately. I hope to never experience a situation like this again, but in the unfortunate event that I do, Louis is the only person I would want to take care of the mitigation work on my property. I give my very highest recommendation to Louis and United Fire & Water.
