sewer Pipe is at 2’4” below ground level and crack in line is at master closet yet water travels in crack in slab causing water to enter through flooring in master bedroom and bathroom. Repair will be much easier to access from exterior of home than having to bust concrete to do repair. From exterior wall, facing house, repair distance is between 3-4 ft .

floors are dry and does not need extraction since we have no standing water. Whole house is new laminate flooring. I told her that we would place extra equipment for the dry out. Supply line to refrigerator leaked for several hours, spilling out of kitchen into laundry room, pantry, dining room, living room, hallway, bedroom 1, and hallway bathroom. Shoe molding, baseboards and laminate flooring are all that’s affected. [baseboard and flooring starting to swell in small areas] Recommend replacing laminate flooring and MDF baseboards. Until a decision is made on flooring, all materials are being dried in place. Set up 2 DH & 12 AX
