I appreciate this company moving so quickly to come out and give a free inspection the next morning! Jeremy was awesome! He used high tech gadgets to see through my cabinets and walls to determine if my plumbing leak had caused mold growth, as well as determining if I still have wetness inside the walls that could lead to mold. It took him about 10 minutes to put my mind at ease and let me know that I have nothing to worry about! I can now carry on without stressing over the possibility of water damage. Had I not gotten this free and simple inspection, I would have continued to have that fear in the back of my mind. Your house is one of your biggest investments! So protect it! Get the inspection and at least you’ll know what to do next! Thank you Jeremy and United Fire and Water!

Our washing machine failed and it caused significant water damage to our brand new home at 9pm On a Tuesday night! Panicking and overwhelmed, I call United Fire and Water and they sent a crew out that night!!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable. That night, they cleaned up the water, took pictures and assessed the water damage, and put out fans and dehumidifiers all of which they knew our insurance company would need when we filed a claim. They were out at our house until 1am making sure we were taken care of. The next day the has a crew removing all the floors and molding that was damaged. They continued to come assess the drying progress each day keeping detailed drying measurements. Once it was all dry, they sent a detailed report to our insurance company with all the information they knew the insurance company would need to have our claim processed quickly and without hassle. The absolute BEST craftsman replaced and painted all the floors, molding, and Sheetrock. The work was so perfect, We loved it even more than before! They were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job! We were so impressed with that they handled it all from start to finish! Working with United Fire and Water was very easy and hassle free!!

United Fire & Water are amazing. In my opinion.... the best in their field. Super knowledgeable, amazingly organized, and round the clock work to get our building completed. Our building took 4 months to dry, and Kevin H. was there daily. I would recommend this company not only for their skills but also as a whole company. Kevin, Lee, Brinkley, and Kyle are the best. As a business as well as a homeowner you cannot go wrong with this company. Thank you to the whole crew for everything you did for us.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this company. They showed up within hours of me calling them and started damage control right away. They took the weight of my burdens in such a stressful time. All of the workers that came here over the week were so professional and courteous. Glenn was early one day and while he waited for me to get home, out of the kindness of his heart, he brought my trash to the road. Although no one expects or wants these things to happen, I'm so glad I had United Fire & Water in my corner.

United Fire & Water reviewed Connie's home and noted wood floors in the master bedroom were affected by water damage. We performed demolition in the master bathroom and bathroom to remove the quarter-round, baseboard, and drywall. We found some microbial growth on the inside of the drywall at the base and on the sill plates. We HEPA vacuumed the sill plates and wiped everything clean with antimicrobial disinfectant. UF&W also removed laminate wood flooring in the master bedroom as well as rubber underlayment. We set up drying equipment including a dehumidifier, air scrubber, and axial fans to begin drying. After a few days, all remaining structures were dry and moisture levels in the air were returned to normal standards.

United Fire & Water sent a team to perform water extraction for the business as their sprinklers ran for several minutes resulting in standing water inside the store. The water originated on the 2nd floor and ran down to the first floor. After water extraction was performed drying equipment was set throughout the business to reduce the moisture levels and remove particulates from the air. After several days the moisture levels in the store had returned to normal levels and the equipment was picked up.

A United Fire & Water technician nt to the home and found the leak coming from the HVAC drain line that didn’t have a drip pan and drained onto drywall. The water seeped into bedrooms on adjacent sides of the HVAC system and the closet in the master bedroom behind the system on the adjacent side of the wall. The leak has been ongoing and there was severe microbial growth inside the HVAC closet. The affected drywall, carpet, and baseboards were removed from the home and disposed of. All remaining structures were HEPA vacuumed and an anti-microbial solution was applied to mitigate future mold growth.

A technician from United Fire & Water went for an initial inspection and identified the leak was from a freshwater supply line that was leaking in the bathroom. The damage was minimal. UF&W removed the affected quarter round and baseboards. They also took moisture readings and set up 1 dehumidifier, 1 Axial air mover, and 1 Velo air scrubber. Monitoring was performed throughout the home for a few days. Once moisture levels returned to normal standards the drying equipment was removed.

A United Fire & Water technician went onsite and identified a water line that had a hole in it from recent roof work. Water filled the attic and was draining into the laundry room. The laundry room drywall and upper cabinetry were saturated from the water heater leak. The upper cabinetry needed removal. They set up a dehumidifier and air scrubber for the stabilization of the air. ost water ran down structural components and out of the house. Moisture readings were taken and after a few days of running the drying equipment the moisture levels in the air had returned to normal limits.
