Tom came out and thoroughly assessed the water damage situation. Gave me the good news that we didn’t have significant damage. It’s not everyday a business tells you that you don’t need them!

Spoke with Kevin Monday morning very nice & helpful- said he would send a team within the hour & they were here in about 45min.-mr. Brooks the mitigation manager came with a team & went to work-he was incredibly nice, professional & informative- they have returned every day to check moisture & Thursday found a problem , cleaned it up & he spoke to the plumber about the issue- very very pleased with service - would recommend to anyone- thank you Kevin & Mr. Brooks

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work of United Fire and Water (UFW). We called UFW on the Monday of Labor Day weekend, a holiday no less, to report a broken water line in the second floor of the house. Half of the house had flooded over the previous two days affecting the upstairs and downstairs. UFW representatives were at the house within an hour after our call to them. They immediately started the mitigation process that very first day placing dryers and dehumidifiers in strategic places.

From the very beginning we could see their professionalism and felt as though they were a team working for us! The mitigation process of (drying and demolition) and then the rebuild process (new sheet rock, painting and oak floor restoration) was beautiful. The quality of work was wonderful and the final result is a beautiful "new" house! We even contracted UFW to do what I call "out of scope work" (work that had nothing to do with the water damage work) on the exterior of the house replacing rotten wood and painting the entire exterior of the house.

I can't thank UFW enough for their assistance in working on our behalf with the insurance company. They fought for us and we got fair claim response from the insurance company.

I enjoyed working with the various members of the UFW team.....Kevin, Lionel, Deion, Leo and Flynn. They are good people and do great work!

We flooded last June and United Fire and Water dried out our home and sanitized it after. They took good care of us. Lee, Jade, Lionel and Angela were all a pleasure to work with. After we moved back in I called them again to clean our air ducts. They did a great job. All around the duct openings were black with dirt from the AC being run while the house was being renovated. They not only cleaned the inside of the ducts but cleaned the outside areas around the air ducts as well. I was very pleased.

Very prompt response and excellent service during a difficult time. Jade, Kevin and Lee were always available for questions and Angela was fantastic. They put my home back from start to finish and I highly recommend these guys!
