) All equipment has been picked up. 2) All surfaces cleaned and sanitized. Of Note: Toilet was not removed during the mitigation process because the T-Mobil employees would be without a bathroom. There is a small piece of tile under the toilet that will need to be removed during the repair of the floor. During the repair, the toilet will need to be detached and reset. A United Fire & Water technician assessed the damage in the bathroom and the living room below. There was obvious fire damage in the bathroom as well as water damage from putting out the fire. Water extraction was performed along with some minor demolition. All remaining structures were treated with an antimicrobial solution to avoid future mold growth and HEPA vacuumed. Drying equipment was placed to reduce moisture levels in the air.

A United Fire & Water professional arrived at the home and set up fans, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers. The wet carpet and padding were removed. Once all of the remaining structures were dried an antimicrobial solution was applied and a new pad and carpet were installed and the toilet was replaced.
