The homeowner called stating he had a toilet leak from his bathroom above the kitchen.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water representative performed an initial assessment and noted some standing water in the kitchen area. The plumber was working on fixing the leak. The supply line to the upstairs toilet broke free and leaked down into the first-floor kitchen. Upstairs bathroom baseboards and a small section of bedroom carpet were affected; in addition to the downstairs kitchen ceiling and baseboards. We set up a dehumidifier, an air scrubber, and two axials. They removed the affected baseboards in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom disposing of them.
