The homeowner called for help after having their home vandalized and their refrigerator stolen creating water damage in their living room and kitchen.
Solutions provided:
A professional from United Fire & Water arrived for an initial inspection. The damage was from the ice maker connection's freshwater line that affected the kitchen, rear hallway, and laundry room flooring. UF&W removed 100% of the laminate flooring in the kitchen and the hallway and vinyl flooring in the laundry room. We set drying equipment in the kitchen, hallway, and laundry including axials, a dehumidifier, an air scrubber, and hallway. After a few days all remaining structures were dry and atmospheric moisture levels had returned to normal standards.
