A residential property in Baton Rouge, LA experienced water damage after a washing machine leak affected the laundry room and surrounding areas of the home. 💧🏠 Water had spread into nearby materials, creating elevated moisture levels in the laundry room, master bedroom, and master closet that required professional drying and selective demolition.
