Solutions provided:
Our team began by pulling back the carpet and removing the wet padding underneath to expose trapped moisture and begin the drying process. Affected drywall, baseboards, and insulation were also removed due to water saturation. In addition, the damaged vanity was removed and the countertop detached to allow access to impacted areas behind and beneath the structure. All exposed surfaces were then cleaned and sanitized to help maintain a safe environment during mitigation. Professional drying equipment and air purification devices were placed throughout the affected areas to return the property to IICRC drying standards and improve indoor air quality during the restoration process. Once drying is complete, the space will be fully prepared for repairs and reconstruction.
