Job completed for Heck Management- roof leak

Completion date: January 24, 2024

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

The property experienced a roof issue that resulted in water damage to the ceilings and flooring throughout the commercial space. United Fire & Water responded to this commercial water damage loss in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to begin mitigation, dry out the structure, and remove damaged materials.

Solutions provided:

As the initial phase was wrapping up, additional water damage was identified in the back bathroom, Hallway #3, and the kitchen. The plumber informed us of the newly affected areas, and we immediately contacted Mr. Kyle to provide an update. Our team performed water extraction in the kitchen, back bathroom, and Hallway #3 and removed fallen sheetrock debris from the floor to prevent further issues. We recommended removing shoe molding and baseboards to properly access trapped moisture; however, the client requested extraction services only at this time. Two dehumidifiers were left onsite—one in Office #1 and one in Hallway #2—to continue the drying process. United Fire & Water is scheduled to return on Monday (1/22/24) to monitor and retrieve equipment. Commercial Water Damage Restoration – Baton Rouge, LA.
