Our team performed professional water extraction in all affected rooms to remove standing water. Damaged laminate flooring and baseboards in the impacted areas were removed to eliminate trapped moisture and allow for proper drying. Professional drying equipment was then installed to address moisture within the structure. United Fire & Water monitored the drying process to ensure all affected areas were dried to an IICRC-approved standard. Once drying was complete, the space was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and prepared for the repair phase.
