Setup a neg air fan and a DH to run for a few days. We completed drying and disinfecting. The plumber completed the job with no other problems.

There is mold on the drywall and mold on the floor. Also, setting out containment. Putting Visqueen out on the sheetrock and the flooring. Added a dehumidifier and a air scrubber. Removed flooring. everything was dry, and equipment was picked up.
