Mold Inspection
Perhaps you’ve been watching that spot on your bathroom wall grow larger and darker. Or you think you might have some roof issues because there seems to be a damp spot by the ceiling fan in your room. One of the most common questions we receive is: how do I know I have mold?
Mold Damage
The most basic of mold inspections is simply a visual inspection from an expert. A licensed mold contractor can easily spot mold. Our inspectors will also bring along a moisture meter as well as an infrared camera. This allows us to see just a little deeper than the naked eye.
IAQ Testing
If the visual inspection suggests mold, or you or the inspector have reason to believe you have a non visible mold problem, the next step is Indoor Air Quality Testing.
IAQ Testing compares the indoor air quality of your residence or building to the air quality outside your building. We then send those tests to a third party lab for results.
