Customer suffered water damage as a result of a slab leak. United Fire & Water removed damaged materials and dried the remaining wet structure to pre loss moisture content levels.
We provided labor to remove wet, unsalvageable materials, and water damage restoration equipment to dry remaining materials.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
