Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had a water heater pipe in the attic burst. The ceiling caved in and water from the hot water heater drained downstairs to both the second floor and the first floor.
Solutions provided:
We provided labor and equipment to demo and remove the non-salvageable materials. We set dehumidifiers as well as air scrubbers and fans to stabilize. Reduced moisture content, provided mold remediation, and applied antimicrobial solutions to mitigate future mold growth.
