The customer called for help with a ceiling leak that they believed was coming from broken lines for their water heater.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water representative inspected the area and found water leaking from a water heater in the attic. The water had dripped down onto base platform that seeped onto drywall for the ceiling in the master bedroom area. Our representative set three phoenix dual axle air movers in the attic to dry out the platform and top side of ceiling drywall in the master bedroom. They set up a dry max dehumidifier as well as one X power axial air mover. They also set a dehumidifier with ducting to lead into the attic space to dry out the platform.
