The homeowner was dealing with water backing up in his toilets and a downstairs tub.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water sent a representative onsite to investigate the issue. UF&W performed water extraction from the wet floors, cleaned the affected areas, and placed drying equipment. Water had reached the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room from the master bath and from a secondary bedroom with an ensuite. We also cleaned and applied a sealant to the tile and grout in the kitchen, kitchen pantry, dining room, hallway, side entry, and rear carport entry as well as the secondary bathroom.
