Why did the customer contact us?

Kitchen sink drain pipe broke in wall. Water all under tile in kitchen into the living room and washing room

Solutions provided:

Did moisture check and still showing 100% wet and visible mold growth. I recommend cabinet removal. All cabinets aren’t wet but visible mold growth customer said insurance adjuster was out here and he measured top and bottom cabinets. My recommendation is to remove cabinets. Laundry Room Needs a two foot flood cut except for exterior wall. My first visit weeks ago it was showing wet readings above base and documentation is in encircle (pictures) and today still showing wet readings on shoe molding. This makes it category 3 and needs removal.
Completed demo. Laundry room - 2’ flood cut on front and side walls - set three sets of set screws - Hepa Vacuumed and bagged and disposed of Kitchen - Removed two shelves that were wet with mold - removed side panel in cabinet that was wet and molding - Removed sheet rock behind paneling on back side of cabinet bc of mold - Hepa Vacuumed and bagged and disposed of debri Recommend cabinets be removed because of mold and sheet rock behind is wet and seal plate is reading 100%.
Also put dehu, air scrubber, and axle AM in kitchen Put dehu . And two AM in laundry room.
Took moisture readings and monitored equipment Met with RTC and was told cabinets need to come out And a four foot flood cut on adjacent wall to the washroom
