The homeowner called after having their AC drain pan overflow and flood their home. They stated they had 1.5 inches of standing water in their bedroom, closet, and bathroom and that water had seeped into the family room, hallway, and baseboards.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water representative went to the home to place drying equipment and monitor moisture levels. After a few days of having the drying equipment in place, the home was returned to the pre-loss levels.
