The client called after having an overflowing AC drip pan result in wet drywall on the ceiling.
A United Fire & Water technician set up a dehumidifier, air scrubber, and 2 fans. The ceiling insulation was removed and disposed of. After a few days the remaining structures had dried out and the equipment was removed from the home.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
