The client called with a slab leak and said he had wet cabinets.
United Fire & Water sent a technician to extract the excess water and perform mold mitigation. The tech removed the affected sheetrock and ceramic tile. He also placed a negative air fan and a dehumidifier to reduce the moisture level of the air and dry the remaining structures.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
