The client called after having a toilet overflow into three rooms one containing carpet.
United Fire & Water sent a team to perform water extraction and to place equipment. The team utilized multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to reduce the moisture level and remove particles from the air. After a few days, everything was dry.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
