Solutions provided:

equipment set up. 1 scrubber, 1 dehu, and 5 or 6 air movers. About 200 sqft of laminate flooring needs to come up. Also please check the cabinet bottoms in the kitchen for moisture. A containment will be set to separate the hallway before any more demo is done. We have removed one dehu from the hallway and will put in a negative air fan before we remove baseboards and drywall.All flooring has been pulled in the living room, hallway, and laundry room with the exception of flooring u see the kitchen cabinets. House seems relatively dry and will require more mold remediation than drying. I believe all or almost all flooring will need to be removed throughout the house. A dehu was set back up in the back of the hallway, and an air scrubber was added. We did not put air movers in place as the house does have a strong odor indicative of significant growth. Containment was placed around the hole in the drywall at the source of the leak behind the refrigerator. Foundation and baseboards were sprayed with antimicrobial.
