Ice maker supply line broke on 2nd story of apartment complex. Water drained down to 1st floor apartments

Solutions provided:

removing all baseboards and shoe trim throughout apartment A-5 as well as all vinyl flooring. Apartment A-7 had minor damage to shoe trim and baseboards where water traveled along sill plate in bedroom only. removed baseboards and trim. Insulation and drywall are dry in A-7. Set 1 axial air mover and 1 Phoenix R250 dehumidifier in bedroom. Poked weep holes into drywall to allow air to dry cavity inside of wall for A-7. removing lower cabinets in A-5 and still are removing materials on 2nd floor apartment( 2nd floor apartments are not numbered yet) which will consist of baseboards, shoe trim, and possibly drywall. In apartment a 105 we removed a small section of drywall and insulation that was preventing a cavity in the wall from drying out. We removed a total of 10 ft.² at a 4 inch cut along the baseboard line and removed 6 ft.² of insulation so that we may be able to dry out and access the cavities of the exterior wall as well as the wall in the dining room in the wall behind the refrigerator where the loss occurred.
