Hot water line in slab broke in the master bedroom and maybe under the wood floors in the hallway.
Solutions provided:
Hot water supply line under slab leaked into master bedroom, saturating the carpets. We extracted the carpet, and removed areas of padding that had a moisture barrier. Setup 1 DH & 3 AX Carpet & padding should be replaced during repair phase. Took all moisture readings and atmospheric readings. Carpet is all dry. Removed drywall that the plumber cut out and checked sill plate. Sill plate was a 15 where the leak began.
