Why did the customer contact us?
Wet cabinets due to some plumbing issues. Source of loss is due to a leaking water line in the wall next to the kitchen
Solutions provided:
Upon arrival I inspected these areas and found that the base of cabinet (toe kick), was saturated at 100% MC. The carpet in the living room is also reading close to 100% MC. set up 5 dehumidifiers, 3 air movers and 3 air scrubbers.
Mitigation to remove all lower cabinets, carpet, and pad in effected area. This will include the hallway joining the living room. The tile directly under the leaking pipe is cracked and appears to be a result of the loss.
