Master Bathtub leak, leaking into wall and floor.

Solutions provided:

Leaking jacuzzi jets in master bathroom tub saturated the surrounding baseboards and drywall. Water traveled along exterior wall into master bedroom, affecting the engineered wood flooring, baseboards and drywall. Needs removal: Jacuzzi tub and surrounding baseboards/drywall; [Potentially] the shower; Bedroom flooring and baseboards adjacent to bathroom. Started and completed demo in master bedroom and bathroom. -Removed jacuzzi tub and all affected materials (drywall & baseboards) from master bathroom. -Removed affected sections of wood flooring and drywall from master bedroom. Remaining flooring will need to be removed during repair phase. -Treated all exposed studs and surfaces wi the antimicrobial -Setup drying equipment and set screws in sill plates. Monitored drying equipment and moisture levels -Cleaned and treated all exposed studs with antimicrobial -Cleaned walls and floors -Changed both HEPA stage-1 filters on air scrubbers.
