The homeowner called stating they had a slab leak, affecting most areas of the house with wet carpet in several rooms, and wet laminate flooring.
Solutions provided:
A team from United Fire & Water responded identifying 5 affected rooms. They removed the vinyl floor in the hallway, living room, and kitchen. Upon investigation, the team identified the source of water came from the laundry room. Baseboards and walls in the bedroom and two in the living room were removed and had some mold on them. The team HEPA vacuumed and applied an anti-microbial to prevent future mold growth. Drying equipment was placed and demolition debris was removed from the site.
