Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner called with concerns that their tub had not been sealed to ceramic. They had noticed extra water on the bathroom floor.

Solutions provided:

A professional from United Fire & Water reviewed the space and determined the work scope. The scope included a flood cut in the bathroom and part of the bedroom, pulling some floors in the master bedroom, and removal of the tub. Drying equipment was placed to dry the remaining structures and reduce the moisture level of the air.
