They noted the airconditioner closet leaked into the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen; affecting the kitchen cabinets, surrounding baseboards, and the wood flooring. The wood flooring in the master bedroom was starting to buckle and separate. Drying equipment was placed to remove moisture from the air and remaining structures.
