Job completed for Seth W.

Completion date: October 31, 2022

Location: Gramercy, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner called stating they had a hot water heater leak in the attic.

Solutions provided:

United Fire & Water arrived for an initial inspection. The water damage was from the water heater in the attic, affecting insulation, ceiling drywall as well as drywall in the hall, bedroom closet, and hall bathroom. Baseboards had started to warp and pull away from drywall due to expansion pressure. UF&W set up a dehumidifier and scrubber to begin stabilization of the air until repairs were made. Containment was set up to provide protection for the rest of the home from demolition debris.
