The homeowner called for help with water from an upstairs toilet that had overflowed downstairs.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water sent a professional onsite for an initial inspection. It was identified that water was coming from a hall bath upstairs that drained into the adjacent bedroom and garage downstairs. The carpet and pad were removed from the adjacent bedroom. An antimicrobial solution was applied to the sub-flooring. One axial and one dehumidifier were set in the bedroom. One axial fan was set in the hallway bathroom where the affected baseboard and quarter round was removed. Ceiling drywall and insulation were swept up and HEPA vac of the garage floor was performed.
