Customer had a house fire. Customer has smoke and soot damage. Needs retorations.

Solutions provided:

Cleaning Scope: 1) UFW did not perform the Hydroxyl/Ozone treatment of the home. That line item was removed from the estimate. 2) UFW removed floor cleaning line items in the areas that we did not clean the floors. Living room, Foyer, etc. 3) UFW put a $0.00 charge for the Garage treatments that the homeowner requested not pt be performed. All line items associated with this request have been noted. 4) UFW put $0.00 balance on the closet cleaning work that was removed from our scope. 5) UFW removed carpet cleaning line items from the work scope 6) UFW did not remove and reset the dryer, those line items have a $0.00 balance 7) Drying equipment was not used on this project; those line items have been removed. 8) The air purification equipment line items appear on the contents and pack out invoice Pictures included show examples of cleaning as well as dirty chemical sponges from cleaning the walls.
