Customer needed mold remidation from a water loss that happend a while ago. Needs mold removal.

Mold locations and causes Per RTC: Bathrooms: There is an excessive amount of humidity in both the men's and women's restrooms. 71% at ceiling level. The is not a supply in either of the bathrooms, only a vent system. RTC's observation was that there may need to be some HVAC maintenance testing to rebalance the load and move drier air into the space. Also having an additional supply vent in the room could help circulate dry air in the space an inhibit mold growth. Water Treatment Room: A mold build up the A/C split vent has been located, as well as some mold on the wall just below the vent. RTC recommendation is to rebalance the HVAC load and run the air conditioner at a temperature around 74 degrees to dry out the air and prevent condensation.
