Project Progress Hallway Took pictures, documentations, DocuSketch and moisture reading. Plus infrared photos of hallway and the back office. Extracted the carpet and removed the wooden sho molding.. Sprayed antimicrobial on carpet and Placed two fan ... Back Office Back office carpet and wall was affected, water pipe in wall was leaking.. Sheetrock wall, wooden baseboard and shoe molding was wet. The plumber was their working on fixing the waterline, Chuck the ( plumber) asked if I could remove some Sheetrock so he could replace the broken waterline . After he finished repairing the waterline, I started extraction the carpet and removing the shoe molding and baseboards.. started to remove Sheetrock and the workers reminded me they get off at 6:30pm.. I placed 1 dehumidifier and 1 air scrubber in back office..
