As we were wrapping everything up, and about to leave. the plumber told us the back bathroom, Hallway #3 and kitchen had water damage, Needed extraction..
I called Mr. Kyle to inform him of the new areas.. We extracted the new areas kitchen,back bathroom and Hallway 3 floors, plus removed the falling Sheetrock that was on the floor... We recommended that the owner removed the shoe molding and the baseboard. Mrs. Missy said no !! Extraction only... We left 2 dehumidifier , one in office #1 and one on hallway #2.....Going back on Monday 1/22/24 to pick up equipment
