Jeff is trying to sell his home and had a mold inspection done. He has mold spots under sink in kitchen, AC recepticals, and window seal. He said he might just replace the AC recepticals. He is going to send me the mold report.

Solutions provided:
1) Treat all affected areas with Plant based antimicrobial cleaner. 2) Clean and wipe surface mold on windowsills and doors 3) Treat mold spot underneath sink with plant based antimicrobial cleaner 4) Encapsulate treated area underneath sink to lock in dead mold spores Of Note: The source of the moisture from the drain line that fed the mold growth has been fixed. No moisture was present at time of inspection on 2.29.24.
