Subfloor in bathroom was overcut, flange cannot attach to anything, and has a leak. Subfloor needs repair before toilet can be secured.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water did some demo to the walls, floors, and ceiling. We set drying equipment. We also did the reconstruction. Replaced sheetrock, base, trim, and floors. We brought her home back to pre-loss condition.
