Customer had a sewer backup. Her toilet water overflowed throughout the home.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extraction truck and extracted all the water. We had to demo the floors and do a 4ft flood cut. We disinfeted the entire home. We set drying equipment and monitored the drying process every day. Once it was dry we started the repairs. Replacing all the floors and replacing the sheetrock. Brough it back to pre-loss condition.
