Customer had a broken pipe in the wall. Water throughout the home. Floors are damaged from the water. Needs water extraction.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extraction truck and extracted all the standing water. We did a 2ft flood cut all the way around the 2 room affected. We took up some of the flooring that was damaged and replaced it with new one after we dried everything. We sent the bill to the insurance.
