Leak in attic. T fitting by water heater failed and dripped into the hall below. Wet carpet, and damaged ceiling.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out with our extraction truck and our cleanup equipment. We demoed sheetrock, trim, base, and flooring. We disinfected the areas that needed to be and treated the areas as well. We set drying equipment. After it was dry we demoed the rest of the flooring and replaced it with new one. We also replaced the sheetrock.
