Customer had a slab leak. She pulled carpet up and now sees mold.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water went out there with our moisture meters and our extraction equipment. We did not have to extract because all the water was soaked up in the sheetrock and the floors. Customer started to pull out the carpet so we finished that for her. We also pulled the wood flooring and cut sheetrock in several rooms. We put fans and dehus in those rooms to dry everything out so we can start the repairs. We also treated the mold in those areas that needed it.
