Customer's son light a lighter in the bathroom closet and started a fire.
United Fire and Water went out with our equipment. We demoed the bathroom. Took out sheetrock and flooring. We disinfected the entire bathroom. We replace the sheetrock and the floor with new one.

I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
